1. Who is calling
Unsnooze Me is operated by Automatizatorius, MB, company code 307433975. Calls are automated and use an AI-generated voice. They are not live calls from a human representative.
2. Consent you provide
By selecting the calling-consent checkbox and continuing, you affirm:
“I agree to receive automated and AI-generated test and wake-up calls from Unsnooze Me at the phone number I provide. I confirm that I control this number or am expressly authorized to receive calls at it. The onboarding test will redial only when I explicitly request another attempt. Activated scheduled calls may retry according to the service settings until wakefulness is confirmed. Call and data rates may apply. I may withdraw consent at any time.”
Consent is required to receive the calling service but is not a condition of purchasing unrelated goods or services.
3. What calls to expect
You may receive a test call during onboarding and scheduled wake-up calls after activation. The onboarding test never redials automatically: each additional attempt requires you to tap Try again and the test is limited to five attempts total. If an activated scheduled call is unanswered, declined, busy, reaches voicemail, or does not produce a valid confirmation, Unsnooze Me may call again every two minutes for no more than one hour. A successful wake confirmation stops that scheduled sequence.
4. Consent records
We may retain the consent-language version, timestamp, account and onboarding identifiers, phone-number version, IP address, user agent, and related call outcome so we can operate the service and demonstrate your request.
5. Withdrawing consent
You can pause scheduled calls in the dashboard, revoke future calls during an active conversation where supported, delete your account, or contact support. Revocation cancels pending wake-up calls as quickly as our systems can process the request. Re-enabling calls requires a new affirmative action and consent record.
Email automatizatorius@gmail.com for help. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of calls made before it was processed or automatically cancel subscription charges; billing can be canceled separately through the Billing page.
6. Your responsibility
Do not submit someone else’s number without their express authorization. Keep your destination number current, and remove any number you no longer control. Misuse may result in immediate suspension.
