1. Who controls your data
Automatizatorius, MB, company code 307433975, trading as Unsnooze Me, is the data controller for this service.
Email: automatizatorius@gmail.com
2. Data we collect
- Account and contact data: email address, first name, phone number, authentication identifiers, and account status.
- Caller settings: timezone, wake-up schedule, selected caller character, calling consent, and optional personal motivation.
- Call and verification data: provider and conversation identifiers, call timestamps, destination, duration, connection status, retry history, structured wake-confirmation results, challenge answers, and limited transcript or audio data when required by an enabled provider feature.
- Billing data: Stripe customer, Checkout, subscription, invoice, and payment-status identifiers. Stripe receives payment-card details directly; we do not store complete card numbers or security codes.
- Technical and security data: IP address, device and browser information, user agent, request logs, consent records, fraud-prevention signals, and security events.
3. Why we process data
We use data to provide and secure the service, place requested calls, determine whether wakefulness was confirmed, manage retries and schedules, administer subscriptions, send service emails, provide support, prevent abuse and toll fraud, comply with law, and improve product reliability.
Under applicable European data-protection law, our legal bases are performance of our contract, your consent for automated calls, our legitimate interests in security and service reliability, and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already performed.
4. AI calls and automated decisions
Calls are conducted by an AI voice agent, not a human. The conversational model evaluates your answers in context and returns whether you appear awake. For an activated schedule, that result stops or continues the configured retry sequence. An unsuccessful onboarding test stops and can be retried only after you explicitly request another attempt. This decision is limited to operation of the wake-up service and does not produce legal or similarly significant effects.
5. Service providers and disclosures
We disclose only the data reasonably required to operate the service. Providers may include Vercel for hosting, Supabase for authentication and databases, ElevenLabs for AI voice conversations, Telnyx or another connected carrier for telephony, Stripe for billing, Resend for transactional email, and security providers used to protect the service. We may also disclose data where legally required, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.
These providers may process data outside Lithuania or the European Economic Area. Where required, we rely on adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, or other lawful transfer safeguards.
7. Retention and security
We retain account and operational data for as long as needed to provide the service. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize personal data unless limited records must be retained for billing, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or backup integrity. Consent and transaction records may be kept for the applicable statutory limitation and accounting periods.
We use access controls, encrypted connections, secret management, provider authentication, and restricted administrative access. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an objection to processing; withdraw consent; or appeal a privacy decision. You may delete your account through Settings or contact us. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
EU and EEA users may complain to their local supervisory authority. In Lithuania, this is the State Data Protection Inspectorate. Residents of jurisdictions with additional privacy rights may submit the same requests using the contact details below.
9. Children
Unsnooze Me is intended only for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service or law changes. Material changes will be posted here and, where appropriate, communicated through the service. Questions and privacy requests may be sent to automatizatorius@gmail.com.
