FAQ
Everything to know before your first call.
Straight answers about billing, calls, privacy, and reliability.
How does Unsnooze Me work?
It calls the number you provide, asks you to complete a short voice challenge, and retries when you do not pass.
Why does it need my phone number?
Your phone number is the destination for the test and scheduled wake-up calls. It is encrypted at rest.
Why is a card required?
A card is required to begin the trial and reduce telephony abuse. Stripe hosts the payment page; Unsnooze Me never stores full card details.
When will I be charged?
Three days after completing Checkout, unless you cancel first. The exact date is shown before checkout.
How do I cancel?
Open Billing and use the Stripe Customer Portal. Access continues through the applicable trial or billing period.
What happens if I do not answer?
Unsnooze Me retries according to your selected policy, up to the configured maximum.
What counts as confirmation?
Only passing the server-generated wake-up challenge counts. Silence, mumbling, voicemail, and unrelated speech do not.
Can I pause calls?
Yes. Pause and resume from your dashboard. Revoking consent cancels all pending calls.
Will it work outside the United States?
Availability depends on whether the connected calling provider can reach the destination you enter.
What if my phone is on silent?
Carrier and device settings still apply. Unsnooze Me cannot override silent mode, Do Not Disturb, airplane mode, blocking, no signal, or a powered-off device.
Is this a medical or emergency service?
No. Do not rely on Unsnooze Me for medication, emergencies, safety-critical duties, or medical needs.
