FAQ
Everything to know before your first wake-up call.
Straight answers about billing, calls, privacy, reliability, and how the wake-up service confirms you are awake.
How does Unsnooze Me work?
It calls the number you provide, asks you to complete a short voice challenge, and retries when you do not pass.
Why does it need my phone number?
Your phone number is the destination for the test and scheduled wake-up calls. It is encrypted at rest.
Why is a card required?
A card is required to begin the trial and reduce telephony abuse. Stripe hosts the payment page; Unsnooze Me never stores full card details.
When will I be charged?
Three days after completing Checkout, unless you cancel first. The exact date is shown before checkout. After the trial, Unsnooze Me is $14.99 USD per month.
How do I cancel?
Open Billing and use the Stripe Customer Portal. Access continues through the applicable trial or billing period.
What happens if I do not answer?
Unsnooze Me retries every two minutes for no more than one hour, or until you confirm you are awake.
What counts as confirmation?
The AI caller interprets your response and mandatory challenge in context. Silence, voicemail, unrelated speech, and an incorrect challenge do not count.
Can I pause calls?
Yes. Pause and resume from your dashboard. Revoking consent cancels all pending calls.
Where is Unsnooze Me available?
Unsnooze Me is currently launching in the United States and supports valid US phone numbers.
What if my phone is on silent?
Unsnooze Me cannot override silent mode, Do Not Disturb, airplane mode, blocking, no signal, or a powered-off device.
Is this a medical or emergency service?
No. Do not rely on Unsnooze Me for medication, emergencies, safety-critical duties, or medical needs.
